Where do you ship your products?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working hard to bring Momofuku Goods to kitchens worldwide.
Are your Chili Crunch and noodles vegan?
Yes! Our Chili Crunch and all varieties of our air-dried noodles are 100% plant-based and vegan-friendly.
What is the shelf life of the Chili Crunch?
Our Chili Crunch is best enjoyed within 24 months of production. Once opened, it does not require refrigeration; simply store it in a cool, dry place.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a resolution.
Do your noodles contain MSG?
While we are proud fans of MSG at our restaurants, our retail air-dried noodles do not have added MSG. We focus on high-quality ingredients to deliver deep, savory flavor naturally.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our support team.
