Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns; however, we are committed to ensuring you love your Momofuku pantry staples. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team within 14 days of delivery for a resolution.
Return Process

Upon receiving your shipment, please check all jars, noodles, and sauces for any signs of damage or leakage occurred during transit.

If there is an issue, take clear photos of the damaged items and keep your order confirmation number handy to expedite the review process.

- 4.Receive Resolution
